Makes you wonder if Vital got to know him well while they were both UNLV commits, and can help convince Jackson to visit.KO started following his AAU coach on Twitter shortly after following Vital (so 7 or 8 days ago). Hopefully we get a visit.
That ship has sailed and Jackson is much higher rated.Prefer Taurean Thompson, however, if that ship has sailed this is a nice consolation.
Jackson is much stronger and while only 6'7.5 in shoes, he has a 7'3 wingspan. Plenty big enough to guard 4s just as well as Thompson would be able to. His offensive game looks much more diverse too. I like this guy's profile a lot actually. That ship has sailed and Jackson is much higher rated.
Don't know why I relied on ESPN to compare them. Either way, I prefer whomever is the better rebounder. That area still needs to be addressed with our remaining 2 schollies. That ship has sailed and Jackson is much higher rated.
From Canada and Oregon involved, I know they lost Jamal Murray to UK but it seems like they get everyone else that they're after from Canada.
Or in the alternative, a gratuitous Kasongo reference.Yes, but did they ever get a Canadian HS player that scored 111 pts in a single game ?
My understanding is he is a SF/PF, but could be wrong. Why do we seem so desperate to get a PF when we already have 3 for next season? Makes no sense. Get a big center.
We have Facey, one freshman, and another possible RS freshman. Jackson can log minutes at the 3 and 4, which would allow Larrier to play the 2 sometimes which may also be beneficial. He would be a spectacular addition to the program...Why do we seem so desperate to get a PF when we already have 3 for next season? Makes no sense. Get a big center.
