is there any long-shot mathematical shot at making the conference championship game?

We have one AAC game left...

But the real answer is YES - cuz anybody can buy a ticket to watch the game. That's "making it", right?

Not unless North Korea decides to test their next missile over the state of Florida and it makes land fall. And even then, we would need help with a Temple loss and UConn winning out. ;)

I'm only asking this because you said "serious" question.

You needed to create a thread asking people this question? That's more effort than it would've taken to simply look up "AAC standings" in the Google machine.

I've got a parking pass I'm looking to unload...cheap.

PM me.

That's why I'm asking, I want to throw mine out, and everytime I throw something out like that I have my wife screaming at me later when it turns out we could've used it.

How’s our APR? I know we had some players receive high academic praise earlier. If we win out and have a shot at being a 5-7 bowl team would Edsall accept after denouncing it over the weekend? Couldn’t imagine going to a bowl and finish 5-8

UConn absolutely can make the championship game. Tickets can be purchased through ticketmaster.com and are available to all with a valid credit or debit card.

Don’t fret it. I’ll find the recent article but we are way, way down the pecking order for a 5-7 Bowl chance if the Bowls get to that point.

End of this article has the detailed analysis for 5 win teams getting into a bowl: Big Ten bowl projections: A look at Rutgers' chances with Indiana and Michigan State left to play

>>Bottom line - Because 20 teams are one-win away from bowl-eligibility and another 25 teams are two wins shy of the 6-win plateau, the chances that bowls will be dipping into the 5-7 pool are unlikely. Remember, only 19 spots remain.<<

UConn isn't gonna win either of its next two games. The talent isnt there, too many FCS level players.
