"UConn Blidi Wreh-Wilson was over six-feet tall and 192 pounds and is north of 77-inch wing span -- best among the defensive backs here."

With that size, a good showing could really jack up his stock.

UConn CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson doesn't have a ton of production but he is impressive on tape. Big, athletic, explosive.

Does that make sense to anyone? Doesn't have a ton of production but is impressive on tape? Isn't that production?

They didn't throw to his side much and as a result not many interceptions... But his coverage and base skills are good.

Okay. So production = INT. Just looked weird the way it was written.

I'm just guessing that's what he meant... I don't have BWW stats for tackles, int, or break- ups in comparison to other top Corners.

He looked pretty good today overall.

He had an interception on the 11-11 drills, got burned by Marquise Goodwin of Texas on a 1-1 drill but knocked down the pass which was way underthrown. He looked fluid in most of the agility drills. It was cool to watch the DB drills because Blidi and Gratz were switching off as the RCB, so when one came off the other came on to the field.

We should have just one senior bowl thread

http://www.optimumscouting.com/draft/articles/2013-senior-bowl-north-monday-practice-notes.html

-I was impressed today by the two UConn cornerbacks, as I was told I would be by people close to the team. I already was impressed on film by Blidi Wreh-Wilson, and today he showed good balance, tight feet in his drops, and exchanging his hands well. He did get beat on the interior and vertically one time each, but made up for it with a great press and then interception on the same play.
-The other, and less heralded, cornerback was Dwayne Gratz, who I actually thought was more impressive. He showed the quickest feet in defensive back drills and pressed as well as any other defensive back today. I'm excited to see which UConn cornerback looks better this week. Both could play their way into Top 100 (Wreh-Wilson already there for us).
