And, oh yeah, the fire alarms did not work for the Aussies. As DT said in a CT interview the other day, athletes better go down there with all eyes and all ears open.

The vultures, snakes and opportunists are waiting at and around the olympic village for the athletes to arrive, to give them a warm and fuzzy welcome to Rio. If I were going to Rio, I would not take any thing of value (watches, rings money

that especially includes my precious cell phone). I'd put my uniform and all of my gear (shoes,etc) that I'd need during my competition in a large athletic bag, and check that bag at the hotel desk ( to be stored safely in the hotel safe/vault)

we were assigned to stay at. If a thief broke into my room, all they would get is clothes. No phones, no jewelry, no watches, rings, money, etc. Leave it at home. I hope we don't get any reports of any USA athletes getting ripped/ill off while in

Rio. Forget any sight seeing. I would not leave the Olympic Village. As soon as my event was over, I'd be on the first flight I could get leaving Rio. Go USA.
