This is my best guess at the seeds, guessing on the late games and final day.

1. Carolina
2. Vandy (can’t fall below 3rd)
3. Texas
4. LSU
—double bye line—
5. Oklahoma (locked in)
6. Mississippi 9-7
7. Tennessee 8-8 (2-0)
8. Georgia 8-8 (1-1)
9. Kentucky 8-8 (0-2) vs 16 Arkansas
10. Alabama 7-9 vs 15 Auburn
11. A&M 6-10 vs 14 Misery
12. Florida 5-11 vs 13 Miss State 5-11

With LSU’s head to head win over Oklahoma, top four are locked.

The exact brackets for early rounds won’t be finalized until tomorrow but, as my fellow visitor points out, the top 4 are set. Those 4 teams get byes until the tournament quarter finals .

Can ranked schools like Oklahoma, Kentucky, and Ole Miss fight their way through the lower brackets to reach the quarter finals against those top 4?

Tennessee? Have they ever failed to reach the quarter finals?

Any of the Boneyarders coming to Greenville for the SECT? Greenville loves itself some basketball. I was thinking of taking in a session or two.

Greenville is quickly earning a reputation for supporting these post-season tournament events. Not only is the SECT held here, but when the NCAA Women's Tourney went to the two-site format, Greenville was one of the first two cities selected to host. And this year, Greenville is one of the sites selected to host the first two rounds of the NCAA Men's Tournament.

I hope so but doubt I’ll be able to travel. I have a non- life threatening medical condition that t flared up periodically. Right now,, I’m am suffering one of those flare ups and cannot travel that distance,

I may make it if the flare up subsides by Thursday. I’m a native of the small downtown Greenville and my family still lives there, even watching games at the sports bars are fun there.

I plan on being in Greenville and catching a game or two on Friday and Saturday. I am going to sit this Big Ten tournament out this year.
