Massive collision between Sims and Stewie, refs decline to call either a block or a charge. Call it out of bounds off of Sims' toe. You absolutely have to make that call one way or the other. Pathetic.

Refs have sucked this quarter.


edit--and my vote would've been offensive foul on Sims; she gets away w/ about 5 of them every game, not sure why she gets protected by the refs like that
