Search Results sort

This has probably been suggested, but it's something that ticks me off on occasion. I would like to filter or sort my search results by date. Have a simple sort or a date range makes finding what you are looking for so much easier. I rarely want to find stuff from say 2011, yet that's what may pop up 1st in the list. Also it makes it easier to find old stuff.


EDIT: lol, I think Okafor just asked about a similar thing.

Click the "more" button when doing a search. You can sort by most recent, and filter by "new than" for date.

I'm looking in to allow search for an actual date, but it won't happen any time soon.
