If an AD doesn't instruct sports to follow these rules, he/she is a moron (no offense, Hathaway):

1. Don't fall afoul of APR
2. If you're in danger of falling afoul of APR, then cheat and report 98% compliance anyway.
3. Under no circumstances do you ever report you fell afoul of APR

Follow those 3 rules.

Because, falling afoul of APR is worse than cheating.
Granted, cheating AND getting caught is a 2 year ban (or in Syracuse's case, a self-induced 1 year ban) but it's still better because what are the chances?

So cheat.

The NCAA wants you to cheat.

That's the message it is sending here. Absolutely. The NCAA is a joke.

Can we cheat to get out of the AAC?

It it gets us a one year ban, I can live with that
