Does anyone know when we will get game dates? In particular, I would like to know about the Stewie homecoming game at Colgate.

They trickle in here and there, but the full schedule with dates usually doesn't come out until around September.

Check Colgate's web site. Our opponents tend to post their schedules way earlier than UConn does. (Like Nebraska, for example...)
