My nephew had played on at least 10 different AAU/travel/ club teams by the time he got to be a sophomore in high school. Before his sophomore year he grew to a strong 6'3" and was an inside player. We began working out a little to get him ready for the season. We were talking about not giving baseline up on a drive. I don't even know if that is a "thing" anymore. I showed him how to plant his foot on the baseline and told him to just wait for the charge. He looked at me like I was speaking Martian. He had never been taught how to take a charge. I was in shock. So was his mother after I told her who went for thousands for these leagues and lessons. [/QUOTE]
