It's my favorite mistake in the national media right now, a perfect litmus test for anyone who truly knows UConn basketball, if you fail to mention the ready made solution to one of our biggest team weakness last year, you haven't done your homework.

It's the old saying the chain is as strong as it's weakest link and that weak link was not having a dependable player at the four position. It was made worse by the fact that the five is a blocking savant but glaringly weak at defensive rebounding.

They see the replacement of Gibbs for Ryan but what about that glaring absence last season?
