He was walking across the street at American University in DC. I do see UConn stuff in DC but in 15 years have never seen it on an AU student on campus.

I attended AU for two years and could be seen many times on that beautiful campus wearing UCONN gear. I then transferred to UCONN.

Just got back from Myanmar. Usually I dress native but the one day I decided to "dress American" my UConn tee shirt got recognition in
in Yangon, of all places. Most commonly it was a shout of "Huskies'! Amazing because it's not like it was Italy, Brazil, or even Japan--Myanmar!
Pretty good reach if you ask me.
