At least we know we'll have a shot if it gets to 4 16 school conferences. Only Big 12 and AAC members would be able to leave. The top 3 schools would be Texas, Oklahoma and UConn. The ACC and the Big Ten might have to actually fight over us.
If 16 becomes the goal,Butch, I want to believe!!
If 16 becomes the goal,
Big 10 would have 2 open slots.
ACC would have 1 open slot.
SEC would have 2 open slots.
Pac-12 would have 2 slots.
There's only 3 or 4 schools that stick out of what's in the Big 12 and AAC. And there's 7 slots.
Pac-12 adds Texas and Texas Tech (or UNM).
SEC adds Oklahoma and....
Big 10 adds UConn and Kansas.
ACC's only option is probably UConn.

If that was the case, they definitely wouldn't be going to the Big Ten....Some believe OK won't/can't go without OK legislature influence that OK State goes with them. So, assuming that's true, that could eliminate the 2 for SEC or BIG.

Do you think these schools pose a threat to us gaining entry into the Big Ten or ACC?What about WVU, Houston, BYU, Cincinnati, and maybe USF.
He may be a good young coach at UCF but he's a lousy philosopher.Frost said..."I can sum up everything I know about life in three words...It keeps going."

The soccer, baseball and softball stadiums are a great start. Hopefully football will come around.6 years to get our house in order for what may be the final chance. No other way to look at that.

WVU would definitely get picked up by ACC or SEC if it needed a home.
Of course they do.Do you think these schools pose a threat to us gaining entry into the Big Ten or ACC?
I am not even going to bother.Of course they do.
Heck they way realignment has been going CCSU is a threat!I am not even going to bother.
Did the counting wrong. There's actually 9 open slots, with the Pac-12 having 4.If 16 becomes the goal,
