Saturday thru Monday HOF tourney in Springfield

The annual event is this weekend at Springfield College...some of the best high school teams and players in the country. Arguably the best high school event in the land.

I would take it as a very positive sign if the UConn coaches were at some of the games after returning from Pitt....checking out some of the underclass kids. Some of the games are on TV....
notably Sunday at 5 on espn2....New Hampton against Huntington [W. Virginia] with #1 player in the country Andrew Wiggins. He is apparently down to Florida State and Kentucky.

Seems like most years we are playing depaul or marq on the road. Nice if the coaches can catch some of the recruits

There's a better tourney in NYC, for UConn fans this w/e. Both Facey & Samuels are playing two games each.
