Saturday Matinee Before Your Night Game?

If UConn Nation is looking for a little in-state basketball on Saturday before your night game against Providence, check out the CCSU game. At 2:00 pm Central is playing in the semifinals of the NEC. The game is on campus at Detrick Gymnasium. The Blue Devils are playing Wagner where your guy Dan Hurley used to coach. It's the first semifinal game at Detrick since 2007. Huge game for Central. They beat Wagner twice this year, but both were crazy games. Central beat them in OT in New Britain, then snuck out a 1-point road win a couple weeks ago. Should be a heck of a game. Almost 2500 showed up for the quarterfinal game on Weds. Detrick gym only holds 2650, so they're expecting a sellout Saturday. Tickets are going fast. If you're interested you're much better off buying them online than waiting at the ticket window.
