She is and she did a nice job with her acceptance speech, which I know doesn't come easy to her.

Well deserved! I believe Shea Ralph (future Uconn head coach?) won coach of the year too.

Hidalgo was defensive player of the year. (Totally surprised she wasn't at least a nominee for POTY)

Azzi finished second for POTY I think.
