I live in NYC and in all honesty, I tried to watch, but goodness it was boring and the crowd looked about as diverse as a mormon church and nearly as quiet.

After about 45 minutes I had to move on even though the line-up was incredible.

Eddie Vedder nailed Comfotably Numb. For me, that has been the high point. We shall see what is to come.

That and Clapton's "Got to Get Better in a Little While" have been tops for me so far. Oh, and what Sandler did with "Hallelujah."

And Alicia Keys singing about cell phones was a new low in the history of concerts.

Why can't everyone in that phone bank pony up a $1mm/ea for the cause.
They got it, the people need it. Let's see Ben, Susan, Whoopi et al actually walk the walk for once.
BTW, Jovi rocked. But I'm biased.

Is Kanye really being sponsored by cookware?

Did they require the black leather skirt?

How long do you thing the bathroom lines are right now?

Surprised to see how well his voice has held up. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed his music.

If you ask me, Billy Joel blew everyone else away. I'm a massive McCartney/Beatles fan, but he could've picked a much better setlist.

Billy Joel played Jorgensen last year posing as a "lecture" to a standing room only audience. He was awesome.

Billy Joel sounded great. Daltrey's and Mick's voices are shot.

I missed McCartney/Grohl, DVR stopped. Kanye was a mistake, give the Stones 3-4 more songs.

Surprised to see how well his voice has held up. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed his music.

Had a chance to see Billy Joel at Shea in '08 but wasn't a big enough fan to justify dropping $100 for a ticket. I got into him much more shortly after turning down the tickets, then regretted the decision even more when I heard McCartney showed up to play a few songs. Really hoping he tours again, he hasn't been in the area since then as far as I know.

When was the concert for Irene Victims? How about Joplin? I must have missed it. Oh thats right, Irene was "all hype" in Jersey and NYC. I guess 100 year old covered bridges in New Hampshire aren't as important as the roller coaster outside Snooki's summer house.

How much have the citizens of Haiti donated? How about Japan? I'm interested in getting a rough estimate.

I'd like to know how much money they collected from the South. God knows billions and billions have gone the other way over the years.

Wow. Rest assured, whenever your faith in mankind is restored, just come to the Boneyard if you want to have it dashed again.

No good deed indeed.
