Man Richie Springs seems like such a good dude. His attitude speaks to how well this staff connects with their players. I think it gets overlooked how important players like him are for building a culture. Samson too - kid sounds hungry, hope we get to see his potential someday.

I've been worried about him entering the portal, but seeing this is a nice sign. Not ready to breathe a sigh of relief yet but I really hope he gets to realize his potential here.
