They did win their conference tourney, so they had to be seeded somewhere. The question is why #13 instead of something a bit lower. I was wrong, they were 17-17 entering the Tourney. They did go 10-6 in the A10.

Yeah, it is prob the conference record bec A10 is the tenth rated conference in terms of net.

I didn't do a deep dive into their schedules, but the other #13 seeds won 23, 25 and 30 games respectively.
