Have to admit Rutgers has looked pretty good at times. They seem to be imploding right here at the end though.

Rutgers caught a break on the overturned TD, and still blew it.

Easily the craziest game of the day. Back and forth all 2nd half. Rutgers with a late Kickoff return for TD takes lead by 4. Washington ST scores TD reversed by replay booth (not so sure there) then they get the TD with 13 secs left. Still .13 left.
