Running to Support Husky Ticket Project

Howdy y'all.

I'm not a runner at all, but once or twice a year I'll run a 5k and I try to pick ones where the proceeds go to a fund I'm inspired to support.

Today, before running (well, mostly walking) the Shore 2 the Pour in Stratford, I had the idea of dedicating my next 5k (the SoNo 5k in October) to the Husky Ticket Project, one of my favorite charities.

One last bump: the race is Sunday. My wife’s a marathon runner, but it’ll be the first time it’ll be running solo and her waiting (hopefully not too long) at the finish line.
