Full disclosure.. Have not read for detail yet.. Does the rule change affect roster construction re: redshirt decisions or does it basically negate the need for redshirts (in that year) because there is no "hit" to eligibilty?? What impact..if any.. does it play in the transfer market?? Does someone like Tyrese get to play for the Good Guys for 3 years even though he has 2 years of eligibility or is he still limited to 2 years of playing?? BTW..Using him as an example.. Not because I think he would want to stay for 3 years.. Could impact future recruiting strategies and roster construction for certain teams/players in the short term.. Looking for Yard input/speculation.
