Rodney's free throw routine

Rodney is starting to consistently knock down threes but this improved stroke hasn't translated to his free throw shooting. The reason in my opinion is his form is completely different. He has a routine of bouncing the ball and then flipping the ball in the air to his left hand prior to shooting. I think if he were to eliminate that step from his free throw routine we'd see his FT % go up drastically. Have to imagine the staff has noticed that but hasn't fixed it yet.

FT are all confidence and in your head. Doesn't matter how you shoot them honestly. He's just over thinking it all. I've said it before, I bet in practice he shoots 80% when his head is clear.
