Road Game Factor for Tournament Qualification and Seeding

If I am correct that games will be played without fans, and that "road games," will still be played on the opponent's courts, then will a victory on the opponent's court be factored in as a road win , which normally is a positive factor for tourney qualifying and seeding ?

In other words, besides any win against a quality opponent anywhere, will away games without fans have any special meaning without the fans in the stands?

To me it’s still hard to go to Gainesville or Philly and get a W so why not?
