No matter how many times I reread them, his books still make me laugh out loud. No more choruses of "A wizard's staff has a knob on the end"

"Good Omens", which he co-wrote with Neil Gaiman, is still one of my 3 favorite books.

One of my most favorite authors. Even if I am really enjoying a read, few can make me snort.

We'll miss you, Terry.

As it happens, I just came across Good Omens two weeks ago and finished it just before hearing he'd died. Enjoyed the book a lot, and it caused me to read a lot about the authors. Pratchett has a wonderful touch with words and satire.

Cohen the Barbarian checking in. Pratchett, even though he had sport with my band of over the hill rampagers, was one of a very few authors who could make me LOL for real. RIP.
