A mammoth human being.

64 years old.

A defensive wall near the rim.

Also, I'll be first d bag to say he couldn't excel in today's NBA.

Basketball saved his life. No money in doing ladder less chores.

I remember him well, he didn't need to jump to be effective.

Loved watching him as a little kid. The Paul Bunyan of basketball, probably the largest human being I've ever seen on the court. RIP big man.

Eaton life story is fascinating, you know he was originally gonna be an auto mechanics as he was in school for it hadn't even played basketball prior to that. RIP

Like the Shawn Bradley bicycle accident previously posted on the Boneyard , another 7" plus (7' 4" vs Bradley's 7' 6") riding a bike. I don't get it.

For guys that tall and big a bike gives them plenty of conditioning without the strain on lower legs and feet.

True that. Interestingly he went from playing 3.7 mpg as a UCLA senior, to playing almost 19 mpg as an NBA rookie. At age 26. I'll always remember his anti-child abuse commercial that always played during the NBA playoffs.

As in, what was he ... drinkin?
Just how it was that you had dinner with him and any impressions of him. Funny, good stories, etc.
Just cuz I'm a curious chap.
