OT: RIP Graham Greene

Probably the greatest and best known Native American actor. Never a leading man, but everybody's seen something he was in - and he was in close to 180 movies and TV shows. Just re-watched Wind River yesterday so seeing this news this morning was a surprise.

He was great as the Pine Ridge tribal cop in Thunderheart, a seriously underrated movie.

Wind River was a great movie. I favorite movies with him though are Maverick (He and Gibson just seemed to have a great comic connection) and he was heartbreaking in his small role in The Green Mile. He was great as a broken man, who had committed a horrible crime, but now truly regretted what he had done and was scared of dying and what came after. Still, he had hope for redemption in the afterlife since he was truly sorry.
