So sad spring has already passed this year.

Looking forward to Spring 2020.

Unless you have a different calendar.
So you are saying that Spring has sprung?

If the magnetic poles flip, as some predict will happen soon because it's overdue, we could have Spring starting soon.

Still under daylight savings time when you "spring" clocks forward so maybe all isn't lost in 2019.

It's kind of odd that kids often reclass toward the end of the summer, wouldn't reclassified players benefit the most from summer workouts? Or does playing AAU help them more?

AAU is glorified pickup with no S&C programing. But my guess would be kids think its more fun and they usually grew up with their AAU squads so they are all really tight.

Also good for late bloomers, either skill or size, to show their stuff against the best of the original class. Springs, or any other 2020 prospect looking to reclass, wouldn't have the chance to play against top level 2019 players this summer.

Playing part of the summer opens up recruitment to schools previously not interested.

just a stab in the dark here but he supposedly reclassified yesterday so I'm hoping for an announcement sometime today by 2-2:30 maybe as early as noon.
Fingers crossed.
This a rumor or what it posted somewhere

Because of his age he might have originally been told UConn wanted to see want shakes out with some other available bigs. When nothing materialized a reclass for Springs made sense. UConn has always been his 1st choice

It says something about the kid’s maturity to know he handled his academic responsibilities.

Sounds like the kid bleeds blue and white. I will be rooting for this kid from day one.
