I couldn't really make the Lambda Lambda Lambda connection until I did the mental exercise of:
Puke BLue Devils (for such a smart school, their Wikipedia page [last updated 24-Oct-2025] still lists them as being tied with UConn with 5 NCAA men's BBall titles...guess their fans don't count so good or that the math concept of 6>5 hasn't been mastered yet).
VanderbiLt Commodores (no hate here, Vandy Pimp is awesome)
Northwestern WiLdcats (11 "modern era" NCAA team championships, all in the women's sports so at least the women know how to win)

Well Duke did win the 1999 Saragin Championship. They even had a banner at one time. Maybe they are considering that as cancelling our actual win.
