Kudos go to the fierce Baylor women. Each one of them fought with skill and competence. Each showed why they earned their spot on this great team. Each one of the Baylor women never gave an inch and never ever quit for a second!

...and Baylor gave at least two priceless gifts to our UCONN women:

1. Baylor gave our women one of the greatest games and direct challenges UCONN has had the pleasure of fighting off, and

2. Fierce Warriors Baylor gave our team a tremendous sense of finally earning the honor of representing the UCONN and feeling they deserve to be remembered as part of our HERstorical UCONN basketball lore.

So... Thank God for Baylor, Coach Mulke, and all their really great women!

This game was great for women's basketball. Even the "Call/No-Call" has brought a lot of attention to the game. This was by far the best game of the year in WBB. Kudos to both teams for grinding it out! Good Luck Huskies! Bring home the trophy!

I watch the replay and I can find at least 10 non-calls on Baylor. Carrington likes to dribble the ball and meantime push UConn players with her hand or elbow. And she has only 2 fouls? She is a football player playing basketball.
