The thing that really irritated me was how they but a little show on when they made calls against UConn during PC's first half run. Playing to the crowd while reffing really sets me over the edge.
It's something he hasn't done well in previous games, so it's nice to see now. And it definitely worked; we were definitely the recipient of some bad calls in the 2nd half after being on the other end in the first. Either way, the refs were awful for both sides.
At least the refs were terrible all night and blew calls for both teams. There were times I was yelling at the TV about a bad call against UConn but there were just as many times I was saying "well we got away with one there"
This was easily one of the worst ref'd games I have seen in awhile. It was like these morons thought everyone paid to see them ref. One of my favorite calls was the ref making a call from right in front of the UConn bench on a play that was going on under the opposite side of the hoop. There was easily 8 guys between this ref and the play. I was amazed at his ability to see through people and make the "right" call.
