Is there any reason why we wouldn’t give Cole some snaps next week or in the Bowl if he’s looking ready in practice reps. Not saying he is, I have no idea. But if the RS rule is ‘appearing in three games’, do we give him a series or two?

He could play the whole game next week and the bowl game and still keep the redshirt.

The bowl game also doesn’t count for eligibility.

Speaking of redshirts, I recall reading on here that Rosa was going to redshirt this year, but he did get in for one play today, which means he's now appeared in 4 games this season. Does anyone know if he's definitely redshirting this year? If so, he won't play against UMass or in the bowl game.

Bowl games do not count towards 4 game redshirt eligibility.

Because he’s not ready? We saw him against Merrimack. He was very raw.

Since his recruitment, I have wondered, if he was as good as his hype. Why were we able to get him over any P4 program? I would think at least one of those programs would have come at him hard. Just my feel. I may be wrong. If it looks too good to be true.. ..
