Even indoors. So Bruins and Celtics will get fans as well. I don't think there was ever a good reason to have "no fans" at outdoor venues. That was just based on ignorance really. Even indoors, it is clear that at reduced capacity in a building with a ventilation system built for many more people, the risk is negligible. We've known that since the summer.
