I like this approach. I think UConn needs to be confident in what it is, what it offers and where it is going, or the recruits won't believe it. The used car sales pitch won't get us anywhere. Diaco really seems to have a wonderful grasp of exactly what is needed.

Someone has to believe in it. In "us" if you well. If the current staff and players don't no one ever will. It starts with those in house. Spreads through prospective students and success will then lead to more fans, more recruits etc. It all has to start somewhere.
