Right now for me we have to be laser focused on 2013 and 2014 recruiting. Love the current team but we either get a couple of big men for next year and take a serious run at things. We know that the current group is going to get better. That provides a great nucleus for next year. We need Brimah and another solid big man. If we get someone down low working then the guys on the perimeter can go to town. Very few teams can match our back court but when we have no one reliable down low then they can make things difficult. I still would like to see a Juco tough guy down low for next year.

We look very good with Brimah. So that's another person to eat up minutes. I say after we get him(if we do) we should stop. Wait for 2014 because we have great shots at great kids.

.. also, we have to be "laser" focused on keeping SN and RB at UConn. That should be our main concern for 2013 along with Brimah ... Not to have the board go crazy on this topic saying "where are they going to go?" but just saying.

Agreed, get Brimah and bank the last scholly for either 2014 or in case a talented player in 2013 decommits/reclassifies in the spring,

I think SN and RB are back next year. I also think that Brimah looks good but could be a year or 2 to develop. If we want to make a run with RB, SN, Calhoun, DD we need it next year. The 2014 scholies will take care of themselves.

Article today said, his school schedule & UConn's have been tough to coordinate. Plus parents live far. Might not visit until March?!! We can't have this guy out that long on the market. Any sense he verbals rather soon, then comes to see his Future home? Sounds like Hasheem.

With him, I'd favor a more traditional lineup with 2 G's, 2 and a Center. There wouldn't be a lack for bigs..
