09:45 - Head to Franklin Avenue in Hartford to put in our order for grinders
10:30 - Start drive to Yankee Stadium
12:30 - Arrive at Ryan's tailgate
12:31 - Open the coolers and start enjoying sausage, meatball, cutlet, and eggplant grinders with a cold brews
02:30 - Head inside the stadium to watch the pre game warmups
03:30 - Watch the Huskies continue to grow as they add another W to the positive side of the ledger
07:30 - Finish tailgating and drive over to Peter Luger's Steakhouse in Brooklyn (reservation made months ago)
08:30 - Sit and enjoy the best steak in America where they have been doing it since 1887
10:15 - Head back to CT
 
Going to Peter Luger's tonight if my girlfriend ever gets ready so we can head into the city!!!!!

Pretty excited for this weekend away in the city to watch Uconn
 
Steak appears to be the popular choice this Saturday. I've got a side of beef cleaned, sectioned and wrapped and ready to be cooked to order. The other side is......well......prepared for victory. Lots of work today. Proverbially.

I'm on the EasySeat bus down... Already stuffed with beers and Moe's burritos... Today is gonna be a good day.
