Imagine if Hitchcock did a Korean zombie movie, it's like that.  The people are mostly all stuck on a high speed train, and one infected person got on.  The focus is on how the people respond and react.  Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse.  Human beings responding to impossible situations, that's what it's about and why it's good. It features relatively few scares but plenty of excitement.
