Looks like Geno and staff are making some great inroads into Texas where before they could rarely get players from Texas to visit. Probably started with the Oguwmike sisters although they went to Stanford. Then there's the success with Moriah.

And wherever she ultimately goes, again nice to see the confirmation that the lawsuit isn't deterring top recruits from considering UConn seriously.

The smaller the 2013 class gets, the larger the 2014 pool becomes.

Yep, I think the coaching changes and uncertainty at Tennessee and other places, plus the top players not deciding, caused a very, very slow start. Then there was a minor flood in early May. Now we're back to a trickle.

I think the lawsuit is on the way out. There's a blurb online that Kelly Hardwick will be on security detail (for one of the teams) at the Olympics. Wasn't that the main complaint in the suit?

It's great that Uconn is receiving interest from recruits in Texas. Weren't they having a "hard" time recruiting in Texas at one point? Great to see that they are starting to crack that state.

Jim Fuller has a bit more and he says that his sources tell him that she will be working the "security detail for the men's team." Hardwick's lawyer also says in the piece that this move "vindicates" Hardwick.

Hopefully, for Baylor, this turns out like the Odyseey Sims scenario. Sims decommitted after she verballed VERY early and then...well, we know what then.
