Well, we encountered 2 teams that could disrupt our offense and one of them hit more threes and FTs than our ladies could. Looking at the stats, those are the only ones that show any space between us & Arizona.

In the end, I think that not having played more top-level teams was the killer.

But now they know. And there's no reason to believe a scenario like that of '01-'02 won't recur.

I think it is a simple look at team stats to indicate our loss: field goal % and total rebounds.
