UConn should be ahead of Temple IMO - they lose a ton of players to graduation.

That's really deceiving. It's not truly a ranking. 6-20 are "definite conference title contenders", teams that can rack up 10 wins/win their respective conference. For example the 5th best AAC team could be ahead of the best CUSA team but the best CUSA team will get precedence.
