its all about what univ did for him and not much about what he would do for amazing compensations
no direct mention of winning; just some hints like bonus for bcs appearance (100K) etc
only specific obj listed and of first magnitude: ceo oversees academic progress & achievement of his student athletes and this is of highest importance
