Randy: "Doesn't Give a Shit About Future Schedule"

How could you say this??? We have four freakin games for next year right now.

.-.
This is exactly what the HC should say in the middle of a season.

The AD? Different story...
True, but this is another situation that needed to be Belichick'ed. "We're focused on who's next on the schedule. It's USF this week."

Instead, he Rex Ryan'ed it. One guy is still coaching. The other is providing studio content.

Agreed - He should have shut the door last week after the UCF/other teams response to avoid the same question each subsequent week they play an AAC team.

Wasnt able to listen this week - which of the group asked the question?

Wrong board, but when is that FOX big east contract supposed to be opened up for more $$ for our beloved basketball program?

It doesn’t mean anything in the big picture or help the optics but it’s funny when you see the different writer’s comments/tweets on the same question/event.

Word has trickled out that they are going to officially move to a 20 game schedule. So, it’ll probably be around the time the official announcement is made.

If most games are on FS 1 and 2 (if those still really exist) the real question is will anybody actually watch? Last years BE Tournament FINAL was watched by fewer people than your average ECU-Tulsa battle.

That is just not true, the Big East Championship last year had the same viewership numbers as the AAC

And keep in mind, that was with tiny school/fanbase Seaton Hall playing.

I’m disliking our AD more every day! Has he just sat on his the last 2 months. UMass jumped on a bunch of big games. Everyday I’m reading of other schools scheduling games. It’s too late. There are only about 8 FBS teams with openings as of October 1 for next year. It’s virtually impossible that they all have openings that we have. 2020 will be a laughingstock and I put it on our AD!

And which schools in the Big East are a large school / fanbase? Seton Hall is sixth in the league with just under 10,000. The biggest school is Georgetown with an enrollment of under 24,000. UConn will be the biggest at 32,000.
