FYI - Jose coached Strong. She enjoyed it.
Game is easy when ball goies in. No crashing the boards. (Smile)
The atmosphere?
Always great. Always has our back.
Game plan?
Communicate. Talk. Been working on it.
Game was physical, but clean. You get out on perimeter defense... Watch/like AEdwards?
Trying to be. I do watch her.
What's your strength?
My IQ. I'd say... Sometimes.
What do you hear/when does Geno get on you?
When I pass up an open shot. Or a turn over.
Geno really wants that green light to be green. Next game almost a home game.
Lots of friends and family.

Easy when ball goes in.
CD: I was in charge of our shooting... only of 2nd and 3d quarter. (laugh) We made it look easy. Ran the offense, nice to see. Got out in transition. Execute well AND got buckets.
Defense strong.
Our defense was good. They're a good team. Folks think I'm making it up, looking at score. But they run a lot of stuff. Make 3s and can shoot their way into the game. (Paige fouls). They were being very specific with their personnel, who they were guarding. WE did a good job reacting.
Shade
2 steals - thought she had more, have to look at tape. She was very active. Ash has a pull up from a certain spot on floor. When she gets there, It's over. She might dribble 10 time to get to that spot. :0)
Team's playing well. We're pleased. Day off. 2 days to prep/work on stuff.
High/Low working
With Paige - easy to watch her play. At times we need her to go 1-on-1 to bail us out. We practice that. She's doing a better job running offense, setting back screens to get others open, helps them gain confidence. So they can't "watch" her. Teammates need to help her. If it's a hard cut to get her or someone else open.
ICE - good start=confidence
Ice has had some really good days in practice. Growing out of a having a negative reaction to bad play. You have to move on. Our goal is to be perfect but the game isn't perfect. So if you miss something/an assignment, you have to respond, move on to next one.
Next game.
Interesting team. Lost Kelly, who took a lot of shots. Iowa St transfer takes a lot of shots (8 v. 18now). Transfer from Richmond pg is tough, not offensive minded. Espy(?)/Minnesota - really good player. Ih her 5th year. Glue for them. It will be an interesting challenge. First since 2008 v. Rutgers.
Ah the grinding glory days. Maya hits key 3, seal it with free throws.
I just remember coach getting on players/tina charles. I kept nInching up, so he couldn't see her so he couldn't talk to her and make him talk to someone else. Sometimes lean forward, sometime I lean back -- 'cause they deserve it. (laugh)
