Real quick (as in we should make real quick work of them).
Starters
Lakevia Boykin - a 5-9 G (Sr) - avg 16.7 ppg / 2.3 apg (shot 33% 3 pt last year)
Chelsea Douglas - a 5-5 G (Jr) - avg 16.3 ppg (shot 31% 3 pt last year)
Asia Williams - a 5-11 G (Sr) avg 10.3 ppg / 4.3 apg
Deanica Hamby - a 6-3 F (So) avg 8.7 ppg / 7.3 rpg
Sandra Garcia - a 6-3 C (Sr) avg 6.3 ppg / 5.0 rpg
Subs
Mykala Walker - a 6-0 F (Sr) avg 4.7 ppg / 6.0 rpg (had a double/double vs Kansas)
Lindsy Wright - a 6-3 C (Jr) - avg about 10 minutes a game - doesn't contribute much
Millisa Calicott - a 6-0 G (So) - avg about 10 minutes a game - doesn't contribute much
That's about as deep as they go. A couple other players have gotten in a game or two for a few minutes.
Team wise (2-1)
Beat Coppin State 82-75
Beat UNC Wilmington 60-59
Lost to Kansas 58-64
Shooting 39% / 29% 3 pt (take about 16 a game - look to be guard oriented - 3 leading scorers are guards) - (UCONN is 60% / 48% (take 17 a game))
66.7 ppg / opponents 66 ppg (UCONN 92 ppg / Opp 44.5 ppg)
Rebounding margin is -4 (UCONN is +14)
Assists / Turnovers 14.3/15.3 pg (UCONN is 29.5/15.5 pg)
I figure it's gonna be about a 40+ differential game, could be a little more. Low 90's to mid 40's. Doesn't look like they have the height or depth to play with UCONN. They are not a good shooting team nor a good rebounding team (though they did out-rebound Kansas by +1).
