Never heard of it, but wow that's difficult. It isn't that it couldn't be done, but players that accumulate a lot of blocks often don't get the steals or assists, and 5 blocks, steals or even assists for most players on the court isn't especially common as a single stat, never mind all 3.

Have no idea of the answer to your question, has it been done.

One UConn player did achieve it. Breanna Stewart vs Kansas St. in 2015/16 (box score).

Candace Parker is the only WNBA player to accomplish this when she had 16 points, 16 rebounds, 6 blocks, 5 assists and 5 steals as a rookie in 2008. She was also 1 off from matching this last year in the 2022 playoffs when she put up 19 points, 18 rebounds, 6 blocks, 5 assists and 4 steals. Ironically, her team came up short in both of those games.

I think Breanna is the only one to have done it in a WCBB game
Guessing someone else at some point has accomplished this collegiately, but it's a heck of an accomplishment. 5 blocks and 5 steals usually don't go hand in hand. On the men's side in the NBA, only 16 people have achieve this since 1992, and they have 48 minute games.

If you want to take it to the next level, in high school there are 2 quintuple doubles that are known:
-Tamika Catchings had a quintuple double: 25 points, 18 rebounds, 11 assists, 10 steals, 10 blocks.
-Aimee Oertner had 26 points, 20 rebounds, 10 assists. 10 steals, and 11 blocks in a game

If someone had said one person has done it in the W, Parker would have been my guess. Stewie, Collier, and A'ja immediately come to mind as reasonably young players in the W who have the potential to accomplish it.

If someone had said one person had done it in the NCAA, Maya would have been my guess. I'd have been wrong.
