Is it likely that one can show up at Gampel tomorrow and obtain a ticket to the game? My last UCONN women's game was the 2004 Big East Tournament loss to Boston College with DT playing. I was convinced I jinxed them and so have never seen another live game, but have to see Stewie and MO before it is not possible. Also, parking, is it easy to get into a lot? Appreciate anyone's help.

Come On. There was not and is not anything that you or I or the lamp post could do to affect a UCONN WBB game. BC played that game very well and UC didn't. Come back to the fold.

Anyway, yes I think that you will be able to get tickets to the game at the box office. Not sure about seat locations. Also, there are always the scalpers outside with tickets. Try the box office first. I'll be there. Hope you are too.

With eight inches of wet snow today, I suspect that there will be a few no-shows and not much walk up traffic.

Parking. One way to do it. I get there an hour before game time, and park in the parking lot that's at the (SW corner) of the intersection of North Eagleville Road & Hillside Road. (It's a lot that is pretty easy to get out of, post-game)(entrance off N. Eagleville). If using a GPS device, a good address for the lot appears to be 115 N. Eagleville Rd., Storrs). The last couple of trips I paid either $9 or $10 for parking in that lot. (If you get there earlier, there can be free street-side parking along North Eagleville Road.) From the lot, it's a walk of approximately 2400 feet south along Hillside Road to Gampel. No worries. Tickets will be available, either at the ticket office or on the street outside of Gampel.
