Question: Noisemakers at Fenway Bowl?

My wife asked if she could bring her cow bell to Fenway for the Bowl Game.
The RENT has no formal prohibition as cowbells & those crazy rubber horns are allowed at high school games played there. It is a UConn prohibition.
Anyone know the policy for the Bowl Game?

I believe Fenway allows the bell but won’t allow the cow into Fenway.
