Question for rules guys

Watching Eagles guard calling signals and gesturing (and head was turned) while the ball is being snapped. Happened a number of times tonight, and I’ve seen it from other teams all year long. I ~thought~ that oline had to be set for a full second before the snap. Is that no longer the rule? Thanks!

If you don't come out of your stance or do anything that can be perceived to simulate a snap it is not a penalty.

Another consideration is whether he's in a 2 or 3 point stance. Once a hand hits the dirt, they can't lift it up. There is more leeway with a two point stance.
