2026 Recruiting: Question for recruiting experts

This is the next seven-footer I want in Storrs. David Musis. Plays for Israel’s FIBA U18 team, and getting attention from U.S. colleges. Very mobile and consistently strokes it from 3. Would thrive in UConn’s offense. Yes please. And for those with a 30-year memory, I can assure you this kid is NOT the 2026 version of Uri Cohen-Mintz.

He’s a seven footer? He plays below the rim and plays passively.

Then again I made my evaluation based on watching 30 seconds of the video.

Yeah you just answered your own question. We are probably looking at completely different video.

Favour looks stronger than Musis. I wouldn't mind having one of them here at Storrs.

I'll throw Massamba Diop into this equation as well. He's currently ASU's Freshman 7'1' center, averaging almost 14 points a game in the Big 12 and will likely be without a head coach this spring.

I realize the post sounds like I’m referring to ‘26 and not ‘27.

One you posted about I linked in this thread.

The other is this guy who is Crystal balled to Maryland currently.

7’ might be an exaggeration with him. One last interesting center prospect from Mass, too.

Funky Cold Edema

Bobby's leaving?

.-.
His contract is up and it is an open secret that he will not be resigned.
Question now is does he join Dan, freeing up one of the assistants to take a job?

We went Euro for a center project - Rrezon. We go portal for a bona fide center backup
