That's the one you can point to and say, it's a really bad look for the program to have him transferring out given how badly we needed him. I said weeks ago that we should press the panic button if Durham transfers and I haven't really changed my mind. That was a big blow and I don't think we're going to find an answer short-term. Every transfer, individually, can be explained away for one reason or another. When it's three of them (+ the MAL thing) it begs the question of how stable the program is.
